New China Life Insurance Co. has nominated two candidates for the eighth session of its Board. Central Huijin Investment Ltd. nominated Ms. MAO Sixue for a non-executive director position, while the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee put forward Mr. ZHUO Zhi as an independent non-executive director candidate. These nominations will be presented at the upcoming shareholders’ general meeting for approval.
