Dr. Zhang Baoping, a renowned material science expert with over ten years of experience in graphene and lithium batteries, has been appointed as her successor. The company expressed its gratitude to Ms. An for her contributions and outlined Dr. Zhang’s qualifications, including his directorship fee of HK$120,000 per annum.
