Boab Metals Limited is set to take full ownership of the Sorby Hills Lead-Silver-Zinc Project by securing an option to buy the remaining 25% from joint venture partner Henan Yuguang. The deal, which grants Boab control over budgets and work programs, includes payments of A$23 million, contingent on the commencement of production and a Final Investment Decision within 12 months. This strategic move positions Boab to independently advance the project, which boasts promising pre-tax economics and significant mineral resources.
