BMTC Group Inc. reported a modest revenue increase of 1.5% in Q1 2024, amounting to $137.1 million, boosted by new real estate investments and a 4.3% rise in same-store sales. However, net earnings significantly dropped to $1.46 million from $38 million in the previous year, largely due to the prior year’s one-time gain from a major property sale. The company’s recent reorganization and share repurchase program are expected to enhance future performance.
