B&M European Value Retail S.A. has announced that as of July 31, 2024, the total issued share capital is over 1 billion shares with one vote per share. Shares not dematerialized have suspended voting rights, affecting 9,459 shares and resulting in a total of 1,002,781,437 voting rights available. Shareholders are reminded to use the total issued shares count for disclosing their interest as per the Transparency Rules.
