BMO Commercial Property Trust Limited has announced plans for a cash acquisition by STARLIGHT BIDCO LIMITED, which will be conducted through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement. Shareholders of BCPT are urged to review the published Scheme Document detailing the terms and participate in the upcoming meetings to vote on the acquisition. The transaction is expected to finalize by mid-November 2024, with BCPT Directors recommending unanimous approval.
