The rejection of these measures, including an AI oversight proposal that drew about 22% support and an environmental advisory vote that garnered roughly 14%, indicates that while some investors are pushing for enhanced oversight and ESG-related changes, the majority remain aligned with the board’s existing strategy and disclosure framework.
