John Prineas and Zeus Private Equity Pty Ltd have reported a change in their substantial holding in BMG Resources Limited, with their voting power decreasing from 9.80% to 7.71% following recent transactions. These include participation in an Entitlement Offer and the settlement of Performance Shares, affecting a total of 6,900,000 votes.
