BMEX Gold Inc. is set to rebrand as Route 109 Resources Inc. on October 4, 2024, with a new trading symbol ‘RTE’, but this will not affect shareholder rights or require any action from them. The company has also completed a private placement with insider participation, underlining its ongoing commitment to gold and base metal projects in Quebec’s Abitibi greenstone belt.
