BMEX Gold Secures $1.2M for Quebec Exploration

BMEX Gold (TSE:BMEX) has released an update.

BMEX Gold Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement financing, raising $1.2 million in gross proceeds. The funds will be allocated towards advancing exploration at the Dunlop Bay project in Quebec and covering general administrative expenses. The financing included the sale of both non-flow-through and flow-through units, each comprising a common share and a purchase warrant.
