BMEX Gold Inc. is commencing a non-brokered private placement financing to raise up to $1,250,000, which will involve the sale of flow-through and non-flow-through units, each comprising a common share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds will be allocated to explore the company’s Dunlop Bay project in Quebec and for general working capital needs. The offering is contingent on regulatory approvals, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
