B&M European Value Retail SA (GB:BME) has released an update.
B&M European Value Retail S.A. has issued a notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities, namely the Managing Director, Financial Officer, and Trading Director for France. These key management personnel have been granted nil-cost share options for ordinary shares on September 12, 2024. The transactions took place outside a trading venue, involving different volumes of shares for each individual.
