B&M European Value Retail Announces Voting Rights Update

B&M European Value Retail SA (GB:BME) has released an update.

B&M European Value Retail S.A. has announced that as of September 30, 2024, its issued share capital is comprised of over one billion ordinary shares, with corresponding voting rights, except for a small fraction where rights are suspended. Shareholders are reminded to use the total number of shares issued as the denominator for notifications of interest changes as per the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
