B&M Appoints Tiffany Hall as New Chair

B&M European Value Retail SA (GB:BME) has released an update.

B&M European Value Retail S.A. has announced Tiffany Hall as the incoming Non-Executive Chair of the Board, succeeding Peter Bamford post the AGM on July 23, 2024. Hall’s appointment comes after an extensive selection process and is part of a broader leadership transition that includes new roles for Oliver Tant, Hounaida Lasry, and Paula MacKenzie. Hall’s experience includes senior positions at BUPA, British Airways, and board roles at several other companies.
