BluSky Carbon Inc. Announces $3 Million Offering

BluSky Carbon Inc. (TSE:BSKY) has released an update.

BluSky Carbon Inc. plans to raise up to $3 million through a private placement offering of special warrants, priced at $0.50 each. The proceeds will be used for corporate development and general working capital. The closing of the offering is anticipated around November 18, 2024, pending regulatory approvals.
