BluSky Carbon Inc. is launching a public offering of up to 6 million units at $0.50 each, aiming to raise $3 million. Each unit includes one common share and half a warrant, with the option to buy more units if demand exceeds expectations. The offering will be available in several Canadian provinces and the U.S. through private placements.
