BluMetric Expands Reach with Gemini Water Acquisition

BluMetric Environmental (TSE:BLM) has released an update.

BluMetric Environmental Inc. has acquired U.S.-based Gemini Water, LLC, significantly expanding its water treatment technology portfolio and entering new markets in the Caribbean and U.S. The $5.05 million acquisition will enhance BluMetric’s market reach and diversify its customer base, while Gemini Water’s existing projects, such as a 2 million GPD desalination plant, will contribute to future revenue growth and market presence.
