BluGlass ( (AU:BLG) ) has shared an update.
BluGlass Limited has notified the ASX of a proposed issue of new securities, comprising up to 24,533,480 fully paid ordinary shares and 2,000,000 options. The options are exercisable at $0.38 and are set to expire on 31 May 2028, with the proposed issue date for all securities on 17 April 2026.
The capital raising will be conducted as a placement or other type of issue, with BluGlass applying for quotation of the new securities on the ASX in line with listing rules. This move is expected to provide the company with additional financial flexibility to support its operations and growth initiatives, while modestly diluting existing shareholders as the expanded capital base comes into effect.
