Bluestone Resources has received overwhelming approval from its securityholders for the acquisition by Aura Minerals, with a special resolution passing with over 99% support. Shareholders can choose between cash or Aura shares as part of the initial consideration, with additional contingent payments possible. The transaction awaits final approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
