Bluesky Digital Assets Corp. has announced the settlement of $150,000 CAD in debt through the issuance of 5,000,000 common shares, priced at $0.03 CAD each, to improve cash flow and invest in artificial intelligence initiatives. The shares issued for debt will not lead to a change of control in the company.
