Bluejay Mining to Acquire WFE and Rebrand

Bluejay Mining (GB:JAY) has released an update.

Bluejay Mining plc, a diversified mining company with projects in Greenland and Finland, has announced shareholder approval for the acquisition of White Flame Energy Limited and a name change to 80 Mile Plc. Shareholders have until July 12 to accept the offer for WFE, and the company will maintain the same ISIN and SEDOL numbers post-rename, with current share certificates remaining valid. The company, soon to be known as 80 Mile Plc, focuses on metals critical for the green energy transition, including a major nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE project in Greenland.
