Roderick McIllree, a Non-Executive Director at Bluejay Mining PLC, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 6 million shares, boosting his total ownership to approximately 6.47% of the firm’s issued share capital. With a diverse portfolio that includes several exploration and development projects in Greenland and Finland, Bluejay Mining is actively involved in the search for critical materials necessary for the green energy transition and electric vehicles. The company continues to explore strategic options for its wholly owned Dundas Ilmenite Project in Greenland, while advancing multi-metal projects in Finland through its subsidiary FinnAust Mining Finland Oy.
