Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd has announced significant developments in its mining projects, securing a total of c.US$9 million in investment through joint ventures (JVs) for its gold and silver mines in South Korea and a gold project in the Philippines. By partnering with local investors, Bluebird is advancing its projects with a free carry structure, minimizing the need for capital market reliance. The company is also restructuring its board and undertaking a non-dilutive capital raise to support its goal of becoming a significant gold producer with an annual target of over 100,000 ounces.
