Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd has just announced a successful equity issue, raising £62,000 through the placement of shares at 1p each, reducing a definitive loan amount to £288,000. This strategic financial move is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to develop its three high-grade gold projects in South Korea and the Philippines, which are valued at approximately US$9 million. Bluebird is also issuing a significant number of warrants and expects its total issued share capital to change upon Admission to the London Stock Exchange, aiming for a material transformation in its project profile over the next 12 months.
