Blue Moon Metals Inc. has announced a significant $924,000 financing initiative through a non-brokered private placement of over 26 million common shares. The proceeds are earmarked for exploration and development of the Blue Moon project, along with general corporate and working capital needs. The deal, which is set to close by the end of August 2024, will not involve finders’ fees or warrants.
