Blue Moon Metals Inc. has announced the divestiture of its Yava project in Nunavut to Honey Badger Silver Inc., receiving 4.25 million shares valued at roughly $340,000. This deal allows Blue Moon to focus on its core Blue Moon deposit, while retaining a stake in the Yava project’s silver exploration prospects through Honey Badger’s equity.
