Blue Lagoon Resources has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $390,500 by issuing 3,549,998 units. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant, allowing investors to purchase an additional share at $0.14 until October 2026. The funds will be utilized for working capital and general corporate purposes.
