Blue Horizon Global Capital Corp., previously known as Sensor Technologies Corp., has successfully filed its overdue financial statements and consequently had the cease trade order by the Ontario Securities Commission revoked. Amidst corporate updates, the company reversed an acquisition due to regulatory issues and canceled a private placement after funding complications, also announcing the appointment of Mr. Jim Hughes, an experienced securities industry professional, to its Board of Directors.
