Blue Horizon Global Capital Corp. has announced a letter of intent to sell up to 30% of Mooncor Energy Inc. and Primary Petroleum Company USA Inc. to a private entity in the oil trade sector, with a $300,000 purchase price payable in installments. Additionally, the company has changed its auditors to Zeifmans LLP and disclosed that it will not proceed with a previously announced private placement of up to $1 million.
