Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technology ( (BHAT) ) has issued an update.

Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technology disclosed that it received a Nasdaq determination letter on March 9, 2026, stating that its ordinary shares will be delisted from the Nasdaq Capital Market for breaching the Low Priced Stocks Rule. The company’s stock closed at $0.10 or less for ten consecutive trading days from February 23 to March 6, 2026, triggering an automatic delisting determination under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A)(iii).

The company previously regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement on April 2, 2025 but has since been under a one-year panel monitoring period that runs through April 2, 2026. Trading in Blue Hat’s shares is scheduled to be suspended at the market open on March 16, 2026, and a Form 25-NSE will then be filed to remove the securities from listing and registration, while the company pursues a hearing before a Nasdaq panel, a process that offers no assured success for maintaining its listing and heightens uncertainty for shareholders.

The most recent analyst rating on (BHAT) stock is a Hold with a $0.76 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technology stock, see the BHAT Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on BHAT Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BHAT is a Neutral.

The score is driven primarily by weak financial performance (ongoing losses and negative free cash flow), reinforced by bearish technicals with the stock trading below all major moving averages and negative MACD. Valuation is not a clear positive because the negative P/E reflects continued unprofitability and there is no dividend yield support.
