Blue Chip India Limited has announced the closure of its Share Transfer Books and Register of Members from September 20 to September 26, 2025, for the purpose of its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled to be held on September 26, 2025, via video conferencing in accordance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI guidelines. The cut-off date for determining members eligible for remote e-voting is September 19, 2025, with the e-voting period running from September 23 to September 25, 2025.
