Bloom Energy Enhances Board with New McKinsey Chairman

Bloom Energy (BE) has provided an announcement.

Bloom Energy Corporation has expanded its Board of Directors, appointing Gary S. Pinkus, Chairman of North America at McKinsey & Company, as a new director starting June 15, 2024. His role, which includes serving on the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee, will continue until the 2025 annual stockholders meeting. Pinkus, who has no significant personal or financial ties to the company, will receive the amended standard compensation for non-employee directors, which now offers an initial equity award valued at roughly $350,000, with the choice between RSUs or stock options.
