Bloom Energy Appoints Daniel Berenbaum as New CFO

Bloom Energy (BE) has issued an announcement.

Bloom Energy Corporation has announced the appointment of Daniel Berenbaum as the new Chief Financial Officer, starting April 29, 2024. Berenbaum, coming from a tenure at National Instruments Corporation, will replace Greg Cameron. His compensation package includes a $575,000 annual salary, potential 100% bonus, a $200,000 sign-on bonus, and $150,000 for relocation. Additionally, he’ll receive equity awards, including restricted and performance stock units, with a structured vesting schedule and provisions for continued employment.
