Block Energy Plc has reported a slight reduction in the shareholding of Amati Global Investors Limited, from 7.06% to 6.97%, following a recent equity issue. The number of shares owned by Amati has not changed despite the dilution of their percentage stake in the company. This adjustment in holdings was triggered by the equity issue dated 30 May 2024, and the details were formally notified to the company on 5 June 2024.
