Blender Bites Limited is set to raise $1.2 million through a non-brokered private placement of units, aimed at funding operational expenses and growth initiatives. The placement will offer units, each comprising a share and a quarter warrant, with the warrants exercisable within three years. The funds will primarily support raw material purchases, inventory expansion, sales, marketing, and general working capital.
