Blast Resources Inc., a mineral exploration firm, has announced a private placement of convertible debentures to raise $150,000 for working capital and general corporate purposes. These debentures are non-interest bearing, maturing in six months, and can be converted into common shares at $0.05 each, subject to the condition of the company securing at least $600,000 in arm’s length equity financing within six months post-offering.
