BlackWall Director’s Shareholding Adjusted

Blackwall Limited (AU:BWF) has released an update.

BlackWall Limited disclosed a change in Director Joseph Glew’s indirect shareholding, following a reconciliation that led to the disposal of 31,000 ordinary shares by his spouse, Noni Ann Glew. The adjustment now reflects a total holding of 48,042,911 shares, with no new acquisitions reported and no involvement in contracts relevant to the director’s notifiable interest.
