Blackrock Silver Corp. successfully completed a major C$5.0 million private placement solely with investor Eric Sprott. The funds raised are designated for expansion drilling at the Tonopah West property and general corporate purposes. Sprott’s investment increases his ownership in the company, now controlling approximately 15% of the outstanding shares.
