Blackrock Silver Corp. has initiated a $9 million bought deal public offering, with units priced at $0.32 each, including a notable investment from Eric Sprott. The proceeds are earmarked for exploration and expansion activities, as well as general corporate purposes. An additional 15% over-allotment option is available to underwriters for market stabilization and potential over-allocations.
