Blackrock Silver Corp. has initiated a $5 million private placement exclusively subscribed by Eric Sprott, aiming to fund expansion drilling at its Tonopah West property and for general capital purposes. The placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and will include a four-month hold period for the shares issued.
