iShares JPMorgan USD Asia Credit Bond Index ETF ( (SG:N6M) ) has shared an announcement.

BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, manager of the iShares Southeast Asia Trust, has reshaped its board by accepting the resignation of director Belinda Mary Boa effective 17 December 2025 and appointing Aarti Angara as a new director from 19 February 2026. The updated board composition reflects ongoing governance adjustments as the firm oversees multiple Asia-focused equity and bond ETFs listed in Singapore.

The manager is also revising the definition of Dealing Day for the trust’s sub-funds with effect from 11 June 2026, standardising it to business days during the trust’s continuance while giving the manager and trustee flexibility to designate non-dealing days and notify participating dealers. These changes may affect creation and redemption timing for institutional participants, and the forthcoming prospectus updates aim to clarify trading calendars and operational procedures for investors in the Asia-focused ETFs.
