BlackRock, Inc. has undergone a group restructure following the acquisition of Global Infrastructure Management LLC, resulting in a change in their holdings in Mowi ASA. As of October 1, 2024, BlackRock holds 5.01% of Mowi ASA’s shares and voting rights, crossing the threshold that necessitates this notification. The total shares and voting rights held after the transaction are 25,449,372 shares and 440,957 through American Depositary Receipts, respectively.
