BlackRock Reduces Stake in Bank of Ireland

Bank Of Ireland Group plc (DE:BIRG) has released an update.

BlackRock, Inc., a major shareholder in Bank of Ireland Group PLC, has decreased its stake in the company, now holding less than 9% of total voting rights. This change occurred on August 30, 2024, and was officially notified to the bank on September 2, 2024. The investment firm’s combined direct and indirect holdings now amount to 8.90% of the bank’s voting rights.
