BlackRock ( (BLK) ) has issued an update.

BlackRock reported strong first-quarter 2026 results on April 14, 2026, with diluted EPS of $14.06, or $12.53 on an adjusted basis, as assets under management rose 20% year-on-year to $13.9 trillion and revenue climbed 27%. The firm drew $130 billion in total net inflows, including record iShares ETF inflows of $132 billion and $9 billion into private markets, while technology services and subscription revenue grew 22%, supporting a 31% increase in adjusted operating income and a 10% dividend hike.

Management highlighted $744 billion of net inflows over the last 12 months, driving 10% organic base fee growth and underscoring BlackRock’s momentum across ETFs, private markets, systematic active strategies and its Aladdin platform. The results, which included higher GAAP operating income and EPS partly affected by acquisition-related items, reinforced BlackRock’s positioning as a key beneficiary of shifting capital and client portfolio re-evaluations, and its role as a preferred partner for large, diversified asset allocations.

The most recent analyst rating on (BLK) stock is a Buy with a $1290.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on BlackRock stock, see the BLK Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on BLK Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BLK is a Outperform.

The score is driven primarily by strong profitability and a very conservative balance sheet, plus a positive earnings-call outlook with record flows and continued capital returns. Offsetting these strengths are the major TTM cash-flow red flag and weak technical momentum (price below key moving averages with negative MACD), with valuation also on the expensive side despite a supportive dividend yield.
