NewRiver REIT PLC has announced that BlackRock, Inc. has crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights on June 21, 2024. Following the acquisition, BlackRock now holds a total of 5.06% of the voting rights in the company, representing 15,705,497 shares. This change in major holdings reflects BlackRock’s increased stake in NewRiver REIT, a UK-based real estate investment trust.
