BlackRock Acquires Over 5% of Marks and Spencer

Marks and Spencer (GB:MKS) has released an update.

Marks and Spencer Group PLC has announced a significant change in shareholding, with BlackRock, Inc. now holding over 5% of the company’s voting rights as of June 26, 2024. This change encompasses both direct voting rights attached to shares and voting rights through financial instruments, resulting in a combined total voting rights ownership of 5.01% by BlackRock, Inc.
