Blackfinch Spring VCT plc has successfully allotted 1,067,083 new Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 102.94p to 105.60p per share, under their recent offer to raise up to £30 million. This brings the company’s total issued share count to 41,445,054, all of which are expected to be admitted to the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange’s main market. Shareholders can use this total for calculating notifications of interest or changes in interest according to the FCA’s rules.
