Blackfinch Spring VCT Plc has announced an allotment of 895,521 new Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 102.30p to 108.27p each, following their Offer for Subscription initiated last year. This recent development brings the total number of Ordinary Shares in the company to 42,340,575, providing the same number of voting rights. The new shares are set to join the London Stock Exchange’s main market soon, with trading expected to start around August 30, 2024.
