Blackfinch Spring VCT Plc has announced board changes effective from September 3, 2024, with Dr Reuben Wilcock resigning and Dr Nic Pillow joining as a non-executive director. Dr Pillow brings his experience as Senior Ventures Manager from the Company’s investment manager, Blackfinch Investments Limited. The Board expressed gratitude to Dr Wilcock for his contributions and anticipates that Dr Pillow’s intimate knowledge of the company will significantly benefit their operations.
