Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. has announced a share consolidation to improve investment attractiveness and trading liquidity, with a 10-to-1 share conversion ratio. After the consolidation, the total issued shares will reduce significantly from over 112 million to approximately 11.2 million. This strategic move, set to take effect on October 1, 2024, does not require shareholder approval but is pending regulatory acceptance.
